Join us for a peaceful and creative morning that blends gentle yoga, mindfulness, and art.
This special collaboration between Willow River Yoga and Willow River Blooms is all about slowing down, finding presence, and letting your creativity bloom.

We’ll begin with a soothing, beginner-friendly yoga practice designed to help you release tension and connect with your breath. You’ll be guided through gentle movement and mindfulness to help you feel grounded and open—no experience required, just bring your mat and your curiosity.

After a short break for tea and light refreshments, we’ll shift into the creative portion of the workshop where you’ll learn to create your own mandala dot art. This meditative process invites focus, calm, and self-expression as you design a beautiful, patterned piece to take home. All supplies will be provided, and you’ll be gently guided step by step through the process.

This experience is designed to nurture both body and soul—a little movement, a little mindfulness, and a lot of creativity.
